Planning Board members met on site to view the Ferland property. The parking spots were marked with a white substance and a vehicle was in each designated parking spot.
William Najpauer, KVCOG, Staff to the Planning Board, instructed Planning Board members that they were there to collect information and could ask the Applicant factual questions.
Mr. Libby, Surveyor, pointed out the pins and boundary lines. He also indicated where the buffer area was.
Planning Board members viewed and asked questions about the parking spots, distance between them, stacked parking, vehicle movement, turn-around area and boundary lines.
