Facility Tour

In anticipation of the Facility Tour April 5, the 2006 Smith Reuter Lull City Hall space study is included in the packet. This is good background material for understanding the functional areas of City Hall prior to touring them.

Bundled Projects

The various initiatives within the bundled projects package are moving along very well. Waterfront planning is progressing quickly and a preliminary Common plan will be discussed by the Council soon. Both efforts have benefited from excellent public participation. The Libby Hill Business and Marketing plans, Johnson Hall fundraising plan, Housing, Signage, CSO, Sidewalks, and Downtown Access Improvements are just some of the other projects in process. An Advisory Committee to look at the entire group of projects comprehensively was formed utilizing the core committee that reviewed proposals, interviewed consultants and made a recommendation to the Council. Jason has so many balls in the air he probably won’t want to watch a single Sox game this season!
