Below please find an update on recent City activities:
- I am pleased to announce that the City and Black Diamond Consultants have signed a Purchase and Sale agreement for lot 16 at the Libby Hill Business Park. The company’s decision to locate in our business park is very exciting and should be a win-win for taxpayers and Black Diamond. I wish to thank the Council, Black Diamond, and outgoing Planning Director Jason Simcock for all of the work that has gone into completing this deal.
- Reminder: Composter bins are again available through the City of Gardiner at a reduced rate of only $42.50 (retail value $100). Orders will be taken through April 29, 2011 and items will be ready for pick up at the Public Works garage after May 16.
