Library
Anne Davis reports that the Library has received the 2008 Statewide Historic Preservation Honor Award for Excellence in Restoration from Maine Preservation in Portland. This recognizes the truly outstanding restoration of the Children's Room. Anne will be attending the award ceremony in early May. Congratulations to Anne, the staff and the Library Association!
Budget Review
We will start our review of the FY 09 budget on Wednesday with a very full evening. We will start with an overview of the budget and continue with a look at the Capital Improvement Plan. Finally we will delve into the budget proper with review of the Public Safety and Public Works services.
