UPCOMING MEETINGS
Next Week's City Council Meeting Agenda
Next Week's City Meetings are available on our Calendar

Libby Hill Expansion

We are moving very quickly toward a groundbreaking on the Libby Hill expansion. A pre-construction meeting was held this week with all the stakeholders and no significant issues emerged. We are finalizing contract details and hope to sign the construction contract soon after a first reading of the borrowing. The borrowing resolution is on the upcoming Council agenda.

Revaluation

As a refresher from our Council workshop last week regarding the revaluation process, here is the next round activities.

Letters will be going out to property owners next week with the updated values. These letters will invite property owners to schedule a hearing if they have questions or concerns about the new values. Vision Appraisal will schedule these hearings, so residents will need to use the toll free number included in the letter. Staff at City Hall will not be able to schedule hearings. The letters will also include a projected mil rate based upon current school and municipal budgets. I will discuss this projection with Council at the upcoming meeting.
