UPCOMING MEETINGS
Next Week's City Meetings are available on our Calendar
Below please find an update on recent City activities:
- Fall Cleanup Tickets are available for purchase in the Clerk’s office or online.~~ Brochures with the pickup schedule are available online or in the Clerk’s office.~ The cost is $25, plus $15 for Universal Waste.
- Congratulations to Deirdre Berglund, who has been re-certified as a Maine City Clerk and was nominated and will be sworn in as Treasurer of the Maine Town and City Clerk’s Association at the annual meeting on September 9th!
- A reminder that nomination papers are still available for City Council or School Board.~~ As of today, no papers have been filed.~~ The deadline is 9/13.
- Senator Susan Collins has agreed to be the keynote speaker at our Waterfront ribbon-cutting in October. The tentative date for this event is Tuesday, October 12. More info TBA.
