FROM:   Jeffrey Kobrock, City Manager
DATE:   March 9, 2007
RE:     Weekly Memo

Meetings for the Week of March 12, 2007

Planning Board, March 13, 2007 - Council Room (may be held at Gardiner Library if necessary)

Tax Acquired Property
Proposals are due Monday, March 12 for reuse/development of the the tax acquired property at 4 Beech St. A recommendation regarding these proposals will come to the Council at the March 21 meeting. We continue to work with the former owner to allow the removal of personal property. Other properties that recently became tax acquired are being reviewed to determine options. We always attempt to develop a workout plan in cases where former owners are willing to make a commitment.
