One is the new interlocal agreement governing the operation of the wastewater system for the three participating communities. The existing agreement pre-dates the initial construction of plant in 1982. The wastewater industry has changed dramatically and this updated agreement reflects current needs and practices. Another topic will be an update on the $7.2 million wastewater upgrade project. The project is nearing completion and many of our high expectations for the project have become reality. Chuck Applebee will help us understand the great new efficiencies and functions the upgrade is yielding.
