FY 07 Budget
The process for developing the FY 07 budget is progressing rapidly. Budgets are due from the management team at the end of next week. Soon after, we meet to discuss the submissions and by the third week of February managers provide a memo summarizing the submission. At that point we update the Capital Improvement Plan, competing that phase of the process.
Then I will develop a draft comprehensive budget from the individual submissions by mid March. A final draft will be submitted for Council review by mid April.
