Financial Services Request for Proposals
In January we issued an RFP for additional financial services. The City has become much more active in grant funding and project implementation in recent years (for example, the WWTP project will spend more than annual total general fund appropriations) leading us increase capacity in this area. We received three very fine proposals and Chris Paszyc, Pat Coty and I interviewed all three firms. After a difficult decision making process we have selected Olson Associates of Gray, Maine. The Olson Associates proposal is included in the packet as background.
Vacation
I will be on vacation February 22 to March 1. Molly will have contact information for me and as members of the Senior Management Team, Chuck Applebee, Pat Gilbert and Chris Paszyc will be providing coverage during this time.
