RE:             Weekly Memo

FY 06 Goal Statement
A draft FY 06 Goal Statement is included in the packet for discussion at our next meeting. This draft document ought to provide a good catalyst for Council reaction and with that input I can bring a more focused document back for consideration. The Goal Statement is a vital document for organizational planning and strategic direction in operations.

Waterfront Task Force
The Waterfront Task Force has been very busy ever since we filled the funding gap in Phase 1 of the project last spring with the $500,000 award from the Maine Investment Trust Fund. Their hard work will be presented as draft recommendations in a Council workshop scheduled for our next meeting.

In this packet
Resolution 05-05, Northwest Quadrant
