Space Analysis
Noel Smith of Smith Reuter Lull has come back with some very preliminary but exciting thoughts regarding the City Hall site. The master planning approach is proving to be extremely effective as it is becoming clear that any near-term decisions are driven primarily by our long-term direction. He will be refining options and in the next few weeks we will schedule an update with the Council.

Governor’s Carbon Challenge
Chuck Applebee represented Gardiner at a recent Department of Environmental Protection Carbon Challenge celebration. The Governor recognized Gardiner and other Carbon Challenge participants last week. The Carbon Challenge assists organizations to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and reliance upon fossil fuels. We expect to understand and plan for opportunities in energy savings through this exciting program.
