Request for Proposals (RFP) Update

We have received responses to two recent RFP’s for major projects that are in the planning stages.

Two proposals were offered for revaluation services. Although Curt Lebel has not yet analyzed them, on the surface both seem to address the request and are within budget. Curt and Jason will work on reviewing these very technical proposals to develop a recommendation.

We received three responses to the Libby Hill Business Park expansion. Jason is forming a committee to work through the entire permitting/design process and this group’s first task will be to review the proposals and assist in selecting an engineering firm. We should have a recommendation for Council consideration within several weeks.

In this packet
Council Minutes - 5/3, 5/10, 5/17 & 5/24.
Order 06-13, Authorizing Transfer of Pray Street School./Pray St. Indenture
