Council Schedule
We will meet Thursday the 16th for an enterprise account workshop. On Thursday the 23rd we will focus on outstanding budget issues, the “red flags” or “yellow stickies” accumulated through the budget process. The intent of this “clean up” session is to position ourselves to jump from the details to big picture of budget development. The next time we look at the budget after the June 23, will be on July 14. At this session:
we will have year end figures available to us.
we will have produced another draft based upon the clean up session on June 23.
we will have finalized revenue projections.
A first reading of the budget is also scheduled for July 14. We really are positioning ourselves for a leap to big picture of budget development after the June 23 clean up session.
