Waterfront Project
Reed and Reed expect to be on site in early July to get started on the waterfront. The real work cannot begin until July 15, as our permits do not allow any work in the water prior to that date to protect the natural habitat.

Libby Hill Expansion
Jason has formed an excellent group to provide advice on the expansion project. They have recently interviewed three engineering firms who proposed services for design, permitting and construction management. A recommendation from this group should be developed soon. Although winter seems a long way off, we really have to move along to get the project ready for bid by that time.
