Council Schedule
As August wanes and September starts, the Council schedule starts to look busy. It currently seems that we have relatively full agendas for every Wednesday in September, although this may change as we work through the issues and the month.

Maine Turnpike Rest Area
We continue to talk with the Turnpike Authority about providing utilities to a proposed rest area at the confluence of I 95 and I 295. The discussion has been focused on technical/legal feasibility to date. I have suggested that a joint workshop be organized later in September for presentation of the proposal to the Council and the Water District Trustees.

In this packet:
Dangerous Property Memo/Order 06-29-Declaring a Dangerous Property
Resolution 06-28-Proclaiming Constitution Week
Order 06-25-General Obligation Bond Authorization-Libby Hill Financing
