The schedule for review of the Maine Rural Water Association Management Evaluation and the Kent Associates Service Center study is firming up. The reports will be distributed with next week’s packet for review over the next two weeks. About the first of October the independent facilitator will begin to focus the Council and Trustees on particular decision points through a series of written materials. On October 14 and 21 we have joint Council/Trustee workshops at the Boys and Girls Club. The first workshop will focus on presentation of the reports and Q & A. The second meeting will focus on acting upon recommendations. The two workshop dates are now confirmed, please make a note of these important meetings.
