Dimensional Requirements Variance-Public Hearing-. Mr. Hahn is proposing to build a new home at 29 West St. City tax Map 022 Lot 019. The location of the proposed building sits at approximate location of a previously burned residence. The building would be 25x50 footprint and be beyond the 25’ road setback for High Density Residential Zone.
