3. Administrative Appeal-Continuation- Latoshia Egan is appealing the Code Enforcement Decision- Notice of Violation dated August 22, 2022- For having too many dogs in the HDR district. The number of dogs on this property constitutes a kennel, which is not allowed in HDR.
Ms. Egan was given 30 days to reduce the current number of dogs (14) to the allowed number (5) at 25 Bartlett St. Gardiner Maine at City Tax map 040 Lot 019 in the HDR district.
