Client Appointments

All appointments are pre-scheduled unless an emergency is deemed. If a call is made outside of the Welfare Department's normal business hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 a.m. -4:00 p.m., Wednedsay12:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  . You may leave a message on the 530-0178 extension voice mail. The message should include your name, address, telephone number and a specific assistance need.
