New Dates for City-Wide Cleanup 2023

All pickups moved ahead one week
Cleanup Updated Dates

Due to the recent rainstorms and the issues the rising waters have caused in the city, the Public Works department is delaying the city wide clean up by one week to address new priority items. 

All district pickup dates are now scheduled to be one week later:

Tickets for voting district 1 will now be available until Friday, May 5 at noon for pickup May 8-12.

District 2 pickup will be May 15-19

District 3 pickup will be May 22-26

District 4 pickup will be May 29- June 2

RESIDENTS can purchase color coded tickets for $30.00 at City Hall. If you have any items listed under Universal Waste you would like to dispose of, an additional charge of $15.00 per item will be assessed. 


ACCEPTED MATERIALS

  • METALS....................Including appliances

  • BULKY ITEMS..........Including furniture, stereos, etc.

  • LEAVES.....................In Paper Bags only

  • NEWSPAPERS..........Must be tied in bundles or in grocery bags.

  • BRUSH.......................Under 2” in diameter


UNIVERSAL WASTE (Additional $15.00 per item)

  • Desktop printers

  • Televisions

  • CPU’s

  • Computer Monitors
     


NOT ACCEPTABLE

  • NO Tires or vehicle batteries will be collected under any conditions.

  • NO Construction or Demolition Debris.

  • NO Liquids, Chemicals, Paints or Hazardous Wastes.

  • NO Objects larger than which two men could reasonably load.
