Roll Call:

Dimensional Variance- Granite River Trust is requesting a dimensional variance of 22.5’ from a 50’ minimum road front setback to build a carport at 39 Dennis St. Gardiner, Maine at City Tax Map 034 Lot 201 in the HDR district.

Administrative Appeal- Planning Board -THIS APPLICATION WILL BE POSTPONED UNTIL A LATER DATE DUE TO LACK OF PUBLIC NOTICE- 

Dresden Ave. neighbors are appealing the August 9, 2023, Planning Board decision of the Subdivision and Site Plan Review for the Gardiner Green project.  This group of appellants are appealing the decision and order issued on August 9, 2023, with regards to technical and financial capacity, open space under 6.5.1.14 and 14.4.10, and 10.16.3 of the Land Use Ordinances of the City of Gardiner.
