Administrative appeal- Public Hearing – Board of Appeals Review Decision

A group of abutting neighbors have filed an administrative Appeals against the Con Edison Solar Project that was approved by Gardiner’s Planning Board on October 13, 2020.  The Solar Project is proposed to be built at 226 Highland Ave which is within the Rural and High Density Residential (HDR) Zoning Districts, City Tax Map 025, Lot 012.
