The Planning Board is now conducting in-person meetings and the public is welcomed to attend. During the meeting the board will accept phone calls at 207-588-4063/enter access code – 2222
1.) Call the Meeting to Order-

3.) Review of the December 15, 2022 and February 16, 2023 meeting minutes
4.) Public Hearing- Gardiner Transfer- Company LLC (GTC) Site Plan to propose development of a solid waste transfer station at 12 Troiano Way- City Tax map 002Lots 020-22 in the Planned Industrial Commercial (PIC district).
5.) Public Hearing: Signs- Amendments to Section 10 of the LUO in regards to signs allowed in Traditional Downtown. To amend 10.24.6.5.7 by adding a note ‘C’ under Upper floor wall signs to read- C. Properties not in a Historic District, may use first floor Wall Sign dimensions for a second floor wall sign as long as the first floor commercial space occupies both floors.
6.) Public Hearing- Demo Delay- Amendments to Section 4 of the LUO- in regards to demolition delay of historically significant structures.
7.) Public Hearing Electric Fences- Amendments to section 10 of the LUO. 10.26- Fence Standards- add standards for electric fences.
