  4. Report on March 2, 2023 KVCOG meeting regarding alternatives to Hatch Hill (Judy)
  5. Continued brainstorm on proposed recycling facility – our ideal, our minimum

    3. Collection type (no sort? dual sort? full sort?)
    4. Accessibility (individual residents? commercial haulers?)
