4. Johnson Hall is proposing to install an internally lit, marquee sign to the entrance of the building. The requested sign is very similar to the one on the opera house in historic photos at property located at 280 Water St, City Tax Map 034, Lot 110 is in the Traditional Downtown/Historic Zoning District.
