3. Public Hearing:  PMP Realty, LLC is proposing to amend the current Site Plan, to construct a 6,000sf cold storage building at 32 Prescott St. Gardiner, Maine, City Tax Map 007 Lots8A-3&A- in the Planned Industrial Commercial (PIC) zone.

4. Public Hearing: G Town 2 LLC is seeking Site Plan approval for a 15,000sf second warehouse storage building, new pavement, and combined stormwater soil filter/detention ponds on the lot at 1 Marks Lane, Gardiner, Maine, City Tax Map 016 Lot 005, in the Planned Development (PD) zone.

5. Public Hearing:  Homestead Homes, LLC is proposing a new five lot subdivision on the Weeks Rd., Gardiner, Maine, City Tax Map 002 Lot 004, in the Rural zone.
